  • This Album hits all the right notes. I heard about this band from a friend. I didn't expect much because we all know people in mediocre bands. But I gave it a chance and was immediately impressed by the skill of the song writing and polish. Almost every song could be a hit single and is accessible to not only EBM audiences, but could easily break in CHR formats and Top 100 if given the chance.I have heard a lot of mostly bad Synthpop acts, and this one band has turned around my perception of the Synthpop genre from a bunch of Depeche Mode wannabes to a viable sub-genre to listen for new acts. Every song displays mature but catchy hooks, interesting progressions and interesting lyrics sung in their own slick growl not copying anyone but perhaps crooners of ages & genres past. This is not a write one or two stanzas then loop them for 4 minutes & call it a song band that I get bored with after the first chorus. This is real song writing, and I recommend giving them a listen if you like hook laden *pop of any sub-genre. 5Stars, easy.
