  • So.. this is not my favorite Lisa Stansfield single, basically it sounds like she might have thought success would be "So Natural", without too much effort.. This first release from her third album of the same name sounds too light, too frothy. I mean when you compare this to anything on "Affection" or even "Real Love" it is almost cringe-worthy stuff.. Thank God she came back strong with her next self titled album!! Once again though, anything Lisa makes is still listenable and mega mega better than most other artist's stuff.. P.S. I think that had the U.S. remixes or Roger Sanchez's mixes (both awesome) been used to promote this song to American audiences, it could have been a smash.. The added bass and hip hop feel give it that extra edge that is missing in the original version.. Sorry Lisa but I have to give this one to Clive!!
