  • The original electric transcriptions of the only record listed here where labeled "Bill Dodge and his Orchestra" but researchers have not discovered if there actually was a person by that name who was in any way connected with these recordings. That Name might be pure fictious for a band that had no real name to put on a record, or , which is not infrequently the case, a booking agent. Or maybe a remote musician or leader from the remote corners of the U.S. In 1926 the drummer of Henri Gendon Society Orchestra was named Bill Dodge. Maybe it´s him, maybe not.
