Artistic director Chris Zelov was in the audience at our Gatherings concert of 2007 in Philadelphia, & as a result of what he heard, commissioned the band to provide soundtrack music.

Preparatory writing was undertaken, & these ideas were worked up alongside several improvisations at the recording sessions. We wrote to a series of specific scene lengths & briefs, with the idea that the music's presence would underscore the narrative.

These pieces were then re-edited as the documentary entered its final cut. This album is a selection of music from the finished film, placed in this order for a coherent listening experience.
